Useful Tips for a Good Sleep After Nose Augmentation

Why Do We Need to Sleep Well?

Preparing for Sleep

You can prepare for sleep after the operation by taking steps beforehand. While most of us don’t sleep on our backs, it can feel normal once you train your body to get used to it. Switching up your sleeping position takes practice; it isn’t something you can just do overnight.

A week or two before your surgery date, start training your body to sleep face up. Do your best to resist the temptation to roll to one side. Once you’ve fully healed, you can revert back to type.
